Wasantha Samarasinghe, a parliamentary candidate from the National People’s Power (NPP), claimed that Sri Lanka is now on a new path of renaissance, free from theft, corruption, and waste. He highlighted that many individuals who did not support the NPP during the previous presidential election are now rallying behind the party’s agenda, seeing it as a genuine opportunity for change.
He further asserted that the NPP’s efforts have garnered increased support from various sectors of society, reflecting a broad desire for a clean and transparent government. The candidate reiterated the NPP’s commitment to combating corruption and implementing policies aimed at national rejuvenation.
