A tense situation unfolded at the Government Printing Office after a heated dispute between a security guard and several employees escalated into a violent confrontation.
The incident reportedly began when the security guard refused to allow employees to leave the premises to purchase food outside, insisting they eat at the designated restaurant within the premises. This led to a verbal altercation between the guard and the workers, which quickly intensified.
During the dispute, the security guard allegedly retrieved a knife from the security room and threatened the employees, including trade union leaders, further escalating tensions. The confrontation, which was captured on video, spread quickly on social media, drawing widespread attention.
