Former President Ranil Wickremesinghe is reportedly set to re-enter Parliament as a Member of Parliament (MP) before the end of the year.
He is expected to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of a National List MP currently representing the New Democratic Front in Parliament.
Additionally, sources indicate that several opposition MPs are likely to join Wickremesinghe once he secures his parliamentary seat.
