The General Secretary of the Bodu Bala Sena (BBS), Venerable Galagoda Atthe Gnanasara Thero, has claimed that a suicide extremist group has infiltrated the National People’s Power (NPP) Movement.
Speaking in an interview with an online channel, Gnanasara Thero stated that he possesses evidence to support his claim and intends to alert President Anura Kumara Dissanayake regarding the presence of Islamic extremists within the movement.
During the discussion, he displayed a leaflet and a photograph, alleging that these materials prove that such extremist elements have become part of the NPP. He urged the authorities to take necessary precautions and investigate the matter.
