The Kotuwa Magistrate’s Court has issued a notice to former Public Utilities Commission Chairman Janaka Ratnayake over allegations of recording an abusive video of his secretary and threatening to release it on social media.
Following the complaint, the court has summoned Ratnayake to appear on April 2nd to address the accusations.
