Former Western Provincial Councilor Waruna Rajapaksa claims that changes are being planned for the positions of Prime Minister and Deputy Minister of Finance.
He released a video on his social media account, stating that the positions of Prime Minister and the Deputy Minister of Finance will be changed after the upcoming election.
According to him, Bimal Ratnayake has been proposed as the replacement for the current Prime Minister, Harini Amarasuriya.
He further revealed that a representative from the business community is likely to be appointed to the position of Deputy Minister of Finance.
Waruna Rajapaksa currently serves as the Samagi Jana Balawegaya Electoral Organizer and previously held the position of JVP Western Provincial Council Group Leader.
