Colombo is gearing up to host an exciting Women’s One-Day International (ODI) Tri-Series featuring Sri Lanka, India, and South Africa, starting on April 27.
The tournament will open with a face-off between hosts Sri Lanka and India at the R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium.
Sri Lanka will be led by the experienced Chamari Atapattu, and the 17-member squad includes fresh faces with Piyumi Vatsala and Devmi Vihanga making their international debuts.
The tri-series promises to be a showcase of competitive women’s cricket, with all three teams bringing in strong line-ups as they prepare for future global tournaments.
