Lohan E. Ratwatte Sri Lanka’s Member of Parliament and State Minister of Plantation and Mahaweli Development posting on his Facebook page earlier today stated that he has appointed his brother Chanuka Ratwatte as the Coordination Secretary to its Ministry.
Superb what more do you need than your own brother rather than giving responsibilities to someone outside who will have agendas it’s easier to the older brother to take the blame or to blame the younger brother if a wrong decision has been taken.
