Colombo, Sri Lanka – The final voter registration list for Sri Lanka’s 2024 presidential election reveals that Gampaha District leads with the highest number of registered voters. According to the latest figures, Gampaha boasts an impressive 1,881,129 voters, outstripping all other districts.
Following Gampaha, Colombo District ranks second with over 1.7 million registered voters. This is a significant voter base that will play a crucial role in the upcoming election. In third place is Kurunegala District, with 1,417,226 registered voters, highlighting its substantial electoral influence.
