In her statements, Mrs. Suriyabandara clarified that the security forces assigned to the President are responsible for determining the specifics of the President’s travel arrangements, including the use of helicopters and ambulance escorts. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, ensuring that the President’s security needs are met effectively.
However, she noted that should the constitution undergo amendments, it would then be possible to modify these protocols. Until such changes are enacted, any deviation from the established security procedures could be perceived as a failure in the duties of the security department heads responsible for safeguarding the Executive President.

Poor Panditha !!! Imagine the pandithaya cannot understand the fact their are more than one ambulance assigned for the president. Its common knowledge of a post secondary education on risk management. Even a Vet doctor should understand this. The poor fellow is also unable to read his own constitution or atleast type the question on an AI platform. If the dimpathaya can explain how to react in a scenario of the president of a country is attacked and injured, may be to suggest to call 1990 ha ha.. we can then assume of his statement validness.
