Fuel prices increased from May 30 midnight as CPC raises petrol, diesel, super diesel, and kerosene rates across Sri Lanka.
Fuel prices increased across all categories after the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation announced revised rates effective from midnight today, May 30.
The CPC has taken steps to increase the prices of all fuel types.
Accordingly, the price of Lanka Auto Diesel has been increased by LKR 15 per litre.
Its new price has been set at LKR 407 per litre.
The price of Super Diesel has been increased by LKR 20 per litre.
As a result, its new price is LKR 478 per litre, the CPC stated.
The price of Octane 95 Petrol has been increased by LKR 25 per litre.
Its new price has now been set at LKR 495 per litre.
The price of Octane 92 Petrol has also been increased.
It has been raised by LKR 24 per litre, bringing the new price to LKR 434 per litre.
The CPC has also taken steps to increase the price of Lanka Kerosene by LKR 20 per litre.
Accordingly, the new price of Lanka Kerosene is LKR 285 per litre.
