PSL 2024 (Game 21) – Multan Sultans vs Peshawar Zalmi
Peshawar Zalmi secured a thrilling victory over Multan Sultans in a high-scoring affair, winning by a narrow margin of four runs. Despite Multan’s Iftikhar Ahmed’s explosive innings of 60 at the death, Peshawar managed to maintain their nerve and claim their second win against the Sultans this PSL.
Setting a formidable target of 205 runs for Multan, Peshawar Zalmi’s Babar Azam led the charge with a stellar 64-run innings, supported by Saim Ayub’s impressive 46. Multan Sultans, already assured of a playoff berth, faced early setbacks in their chase against Peshawar’s disciplined bowling attack.

Peshawar Zalmi’s composed performance under pressure, bolstered by contributions from Aamer Jamal, Salman Irshad, and Luke Wood, secured them a vital win and moved them closer to playoff qualification.
