Bangladesh batted first and scored 114 runs for the loss of eight wickets in their 20 overs.
Sri Lanka were set a target of 115 for victory.
The Sri Lankan women completed the chase in 19.2 overs, reaching the target with six wickets down.
Harshitha Samarawickrama played the key innings for Sri Lanka and remained unbeaten on 48.
Her contribution helped guide Sri Lanka through the chase and secure the four-wicket victory.
The result confirmed Sri Lanka’s qualification for the semi-finals of the 2026 Women’s Asia Cup cricket tournament.
Sri Lanka will now move into the knockout stage after overcoming Bangladesh in Dubai.
