The day will begin with a team photograph at Independence Square before athletes and officials gather for registrations and refreshments. Team introductions will follow, with the Chef-de-Mission outlining Sri Lanka’s preparation strategy. Consent forms will be signed and a congratulatory message from the Deputy Chef-de-Mission will inspire the young athletes, before an engaging Q&A session allows the team to share their vision and aspirations.
The press conference will highlight Sri Lanka’s ambitions for Bahrain. NOC Sri Lanka President Suresh Subramaniam will deliver the opening remarks, setting the stage for an overview by the Chef-de-Mission on the team’s preparations and expectations. The launch of GoodSport, an initiative designed to promote sportsmanship and values among youth athletes, will stand out as a key feature that embodies the spirit of the Games.
