Chief Magistrate Thilina Gamage issued the order after the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), which is handling the investigation, submitted a motion for the notices. The notices have been sent to the Immigration and Emigration Controller or a representative, along with several other individuals identified as witnesses in the cases. The court is set to hear these matters on the specified date.
