Panadura law student death is under investigation after a 26-year-old private university student was found dead inside a rented house in Panadura North.
The Panadura law student death has prompted a police investigation after a 26-year-old woman was found dead inside a rented house on Galkanuwa Road in Panadura North earlier today.
According to local police, the young woman studied law at a private university and had been living alone at the rented property.
In addition to pursuing her legal studies, she had also been assisting an attorney with legal work, police said.
Sri Lanka Police and Panadura North Police have now launched a full investigation into the discovery.
Officers are carrying out inquiries to determine the exact circumstances surrounding her death.
Investigators are also working to establish whether the Panadura law student death was a suicide or linked to foul play.
