Colombo, May 28, 2025 – Students from Batches 4 and 5 of the Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management at IVEY Campus, Colombo 07, have confirmed that their concerns regarding pending registrations with OTHM – UK have now been successfully addressed.
The group, who had earlier raised complaints about delays in receiving their official registration and certification, reported that they received confirmation emails from OTHM – UK validating their enrollment. IVEY Campus has also acknowledged and confirmed the successful registration of all affected students.
Following the publication of their grievances in The Morning Telegraph, the matter swiftly came to the attention of IVEY Campus CEO Mr. Fawzer Farook, who is said to have intervened to expedite the resolution.
The issue had stemmed from administrative delays in processing international registrations and issuing certificates—an issue that caused considerable concern among students who had completed the program and paid their fees in full. However, the situation now appears to be stabilizing.
Student representatives noted that while the official certificates from OTHM – UK are yet to be dispatched, they have been informed that the documents will be issued in due course, following the completion of several remaining academic formalities. The students have expressed optimism that this final phase will be completed without further delay.
“We sincerely thank The Morning Telegraph News for highlighting our issue,” said a spokesperson for Batch 5. “Your coverage helped bring much-needed attention to our concerns, and we are pleased that the process is now moving forward.”
Located on the 3rd Floor of No. 104, Srimath Anagarika Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07, IVEY Campus has pledged to ensure that all outstanding documentation will be processed in line with international academic protocols.
With registrations now confirmed, students say they look forward to receiving their official certificates and moving ahead with renewed confidence in the qualifications they have worked hard to earn.
