The Northern Warriors destroyed Team Abu Dhabi, securing a resounding 10-wicket victory in the 6th Match of the Abu Dhabi T10. Hazmatullah Zazai and Kennar Lewis chased down over a hundred runs unbeaten in Abu Dhabi to give the Warriors their second win in the tournament, with an over to spare.
The Warriors won the toss and made the right call by opting to bowl first. Their all-around bowling performance restricted Abu Dhabi to 103 runs, claiming 7 wickets along the way. Tabraiz Shamsi stood out, securing the pick of the lot with his two wickets, dismissing both Abu Dhabi openers. His valiant efforts helped stem the flow of early runs, exerting pressure on the incoming batsmen, who eventually succumbed to it.
In pursuit of 104, the Warriors amassed 22 runs in the first two overs and then reached fifty by the 4th over. Hazratullah Zazai and Kennar Lewis both batted brilliantly to fend off the star studded bowling attack, sealing the game unbeaten with an over to spare.
